Dancer at American Ballet Theatre, Alexei is Silver medalist at 4th International Ballet Competition in Vienna, Austria and Bronze medalist at 7th New York International Ballet Competition and recipient of the Rudolf Nurejev award.

 


 

Alexei Agoudine ( Alexey Agudin ) began his ballet career in Moscow’s School of Classical Ballet, where he studied with some of the finest professionals worldwide: Boris Rachmanin, Natalia Zolotova, Alexandra Markeeva and others. He than continued studying at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School. There, in 2001 he graduated with honors under main influence of Ballet master, former Kirov principal Valentin Onoschko.
Alexei has since danced with American Ballet Theatre, New Jersey Ballet Company, Ballet Internationale, Universal Ballet of Korea and The Suzanne Farrell Ballet to name a few and toured extensively the United States, Japan, China, France, Austria, Korea, Germany and other. Alexei is Silver medalist at the 4th International Ballet Competition in Vienna and Bronze medalist at the 7th New York International Ballet Competition. His versatility has gained him broad repertoire including: The Sugar Plum Fairy Cavalier, Spanish, Chinese, Arabian and Russian dances in the “Nutcracker”; prince Siegfried and Pas de Troix in “Swan Lake”; Peasant Pas de Deux and Wilfred in “Giselle”; Bottom in “The Dream” ;Pas de Deus from “Le Corsaire”, “La Bayadere”, “Cermesse in Bruges”,” Raymonda”, “Don Quixote”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “Playing Field”, “A Thousand and one Nights”; ”The Fairy Doll” Pas de Troix; Lead and solo roles in “Allegro Brillante”, “ Manon”, “Swan Lake”, “ Sleeping Beauty”, ” Cinderella”, “Theme and Variations”, “Sinfonietta”, “Peter Pan”, “Creation of the World” and many others.
